This is my report of serum prolactin. Kindly guide what nxt i should do. Im worried can high prolactin cause infertility, as we r planning a baby.
Thanks there is no report yes high prolactin is one cause of infertility but it may be associated with pco nd hypothyroidism you need to sent full report of your us nd prolactin TSH FSH LH on day two of your periods with all these reports i will advised

- Dear high prolectin level actually is cause if infertility as it can disturb cycles .
-thyroid Function test and prolectin levels need to be investigated in detail and if observe vision issues ,discharge from breast ,less menstrual flow then u might need to have MRI brain to Exclude space occupying leisions .that need Endocrinology Consultation .
- have transvaginal scan ,breast examination ,serum prolectin ,blood tests on day 2 of periods ( progesterone ,testosterone ,FSH and LH ,insulin ,thyroid function test ,prolectin ) need to be discussed here or with local gynae .
- have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
- have balanced diet weight BMI.
- Daily walk ,yoga and Exercise to maintain Bmi .

Prolactin level is 42.
Is it creating problem in conceiving?
Dr suggested me brotin twice a day.
But I have nausea all the time after taking it.
