My lmp is 14nov2019 k hisab se mere 10week 4days bante ajj altrasound karwya ha us Mai baby ka size 4 week 6 days show horahe Dr k mutabiq abhe Tak heart beat bhe nhe aye Han Asa kiu hoa ha? Is Mai koi pareshani wali bat to nhe ha? Mera first baby ha mujhe bohat tention horahe ha. Aur already mujhe gravibinan k inj lag rahe Han har week ilawa koi bleeding nhe hoe ha mujhe Allah ka shukar answer me in detail plzzz
