I oftern feel shaky and dizziness.. now i hve notices it happens a week or 10 days before periods periods are regular and 5 day cycle.. what can be the reason of this.. i feel weak and tired also. My age is 28 married and 2 kids. My vitamin b12 is 264.. any other test ia required? Ny multivitamin ?
