Aoa i am 6th month pregnant i had done my glucose test which is clear allhamdulillah now after 3 days my 7th month is start but past 3 days i feel dizziness All the day specially standing after laying on bed this is my first pregnany plz kindly tell me what should i do i also checked my bp is normal soo what the reason of these dizzineses ?jazakallah

Check your haemoglobin level. Most common cause of dizziness in pregnancy is either low bp with posture or anaemia.

jazakallah i checked my bp but is actually normal than i asked my frnd she tells me that the main reason of dizziness is low sugar i dont know hemoglobin or sugar are similar

Sugar and Haemoglobin are different things.To correct low sugar, u can eat a piece of fruit etc.To check for Harmoglobin u need to do a blood test called FBC or CBC
