Aasalam o alikum dear doctors. I am about to turn 25 this may and am 75 kgs my height is in between 5.8 to 5.9. My menarche occurred at age of 13. i am unmarried. last December i missed my period and visited a gynecologist in society my due date was 13 i visited her on 23 she said i have pcos and asked me to have primolute n for 5 days 3 tab per day i had periods on 24th after eating 3 tablets for a day i.e 23 of dec she also gave me diane 35 and myo b sachets. in January i had my periods on 23 without any medication and feb , march and april my date remained 26. she said i should get married soon or else i wont have any baby its haunting me i really want to have babies. i got my harmones tested in January and they were totally fine. currently not taking any medication . i do have very fine and thin hair under chin so does my mother and grandmother does can they be genetic? plus plz tell me if i have pcos and can i have kids of my own i am really super stressed.

can i have babies ? naturally? i have noticed reduction in bleeding during my periods though i never had heavy menstruation but i did bleed for 3 days bit now its like good bleeding on first day less on 2nd n spotting or vey less on 3rd and on forth day i have spotting is it ok or there is something to be worried?
