I’ve spotting for 15 days I’ve used transamin spotting is stopped and one dr suggested me estranor and 2nd doctor suggested me yaz I’m afraid that may be it could effect fertility or not

No , once you stop them then there will be no issues with fertility , if you have only spotting than take transamine and avoid hormones
