Talk to Gynecologist on Don't Know

Actually I'm experiencing extreme fatigue from past 6-7 months. It's so extreme that I'm unable to do any work. I'm experiencing brain fog and memory loss like I can't remember most of the things. I feel pain randomly in my ribs and I feel as if my legs are not there, like there is no energy in my legs and sometimes I feel pain in my legs, arms and hands. I feel pain in my lower abdomen and stomach after eating anything and sometimes without eating something. I feel nausea and dizziness and random chills in my body. Doctors told me to do ultrasound of stomach and pelvis and H pylori antigen test. I did both of these. H pylori test came out negative and my ultrasound showed my stomach as normal but my ovaries were swollen abd there was incision in my right ovary. My LH and FSH levels were normal but my CA-125 level was high. My HB is also low and my red blood cells are 16% greater in size than normal. I can't understand my condition.
