Talk to Gynecologist on Doppler Ultrasound Of Pelvic

Dr recommended me pelvic Doppler Doppler ultrasound can test fallopian tube as well? Can it tells either tube is unblock or block? I am trying to conceive. Drinking water is nessaray in this ultrasound? Actually I have cyst in left attached of my last scan in December

A Doppler scan basically sees if there’s any blood flow in the cysts.. u do hav 2 simple cysts but they seem on the ultrasound to be benign .. and no tubes can’t be checked on Doppler scan.. there is a test called hysterosalpingogram and also an ultrasound ( hysterosalpingosonography) where a dye in introduced into ur uterine cavity and the tubal status checked .. so that’s different
