Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Peshawar
I m 24 married and 12 week pregnant but when I have my Ultrasound I came to know about my double utres.so some doc suggested me to stitch my utres at 13 or 14 weeks.i want to know that stitch is one and only solution?

Double uterus pregnancy is possible and different obstetrician used to manage differently.
-although risks also different in different petients.
-better to have detailed Examination and Evaluation, discussion on investigations reports.
-have tab duphaston 10 mgs 8 hrly to avoid miscarriage.
-have regular follow ups and scans.
-report Symmptoms regularly.
-Some pregnancies reach their full term with out stitching.

Please consult another gynaecologist with your ultrasound report with cervical length measured on scan.
