Hi doctors I’m having miscarriage my beta hcg dropped from 2 thousand to 1 thousand three hundred is that normal I was 5-6 weeks pregnant I’m havin bleeding without any kind of pain but people have scared me that this could be ectopic pregnancy , No sac is seen in the uterus and transvaginal ultrasound has also been done report is attached please tell me if anything problematic is there ?? As I have to meet the doctor after 2 days , my beta hcg is dropping very slowly is that normal ?

I can understand ur anxiety,5 to 6 wks very early, ,,,,dropping b hcg means its going towards miscarriage but where is ur pregnancy ,if scan is from.reliable place(its not opening here,so i couldn'tsee)then u just need to wait n watch ..but u should know red flag signs during this time till u miscarriage completely,u need some test of tissue u aborted and post abortion also need some test as per guidelines in those cases where pregnancy tissue not visualized on ultrasound,,although I need ur history also ,
if beta hcg drop it mean miscarriage

It’s not ectopic pregnancy right ?? Beta HCG is dropping slowly my vaginal ultrasound was fine

Yes doctor already told me it’s a miscarriage but my beta hcg is dropping slowly is that normal or is it ectopic pregnancy ?? As I’m not feeling any pain and vagina ultrasound is also normal , only the problem is right now my beta hcg reached one thousand

which dates u did ur both b hcg....what is ur lmp,, did u took any medicine to conceive....do u have any pain or bleeding now.....I think there is lot of things which need to know, u better visit me so I can answer in.proper way

Lmp 17 nov, yes I took clomid citrate for 5 days in that cycle, I have no pain and I’m still bleeding
