Talk to Gynecologist on Down Belly Pain

Hey there! My wife had her periods over almost ten days ago, and two days ago we decided to come closer to each other, she had watery discharge during intercourse, and after one day or two she is having lower downbelly pain or pain like periods again even after ten days of her periods. Is her periods coming again? Or this watery discharge is causing her that pain. Please tell me is there anything to worry? Or its just normal like maybe its ovulation? Kindly reply asap I'm much worried.
