Hi i delivered my baby 20days ago via SVG. Now im having very light bleeding. Can i use pad now? if yes, then after how many hours i shaould change it. bleeding is very low, Thanks in Advance

-u need to ha e strict hygeine and it's better to follow precautions i am advising down.
-have 'strict hygeine
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-have balanced recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have daily walk, yoga and Exercise have soft, comfortable undergarments.
-have condoms to avoid sexually transmitted infection.
-if bleeding having smell or Clots better to} have Evaluation for any urgent intervention.
-have iron supplements regularly and food containing iron.
-follow with reports.

If there is no spot after 6hours? or more ? then no needs of changing the pad for more 3 -4hours?

In this humid weather,try to frequently change ur sanitory pads.
Even if no bleeding.
