Thanks the pain during periods is not in upper abdomen you have some gastric problem which is cause of pain you should consult with gastroenterologist
Dear mostly patients experience abdominal balloting,constipation,mood swings,breast tenderness before start of menses, its premenstrual syndrom,..normal physiological changes.. But if this complain persist throught out month..then plz visit dr for proper evaluation.
For indigestion kindly consult some physician and rest of symptoms in periods are normal
