Talk to Gynecologist on Early Pregnance Fetal Heart Beat Not Seen

Assalam o alikum, Attached is US reports of a lady who is in ealry stages of pregnance she is tryn to concive for 4 yrs so that is a most wanted pregnancy for her n family. Now the issue is her us report of 29 dec is saying tht the fetal hear beat was seen n current report is saying that the heart beat is not seen is it possible that the either of report is not true? Is there any other reason of not showing heart beat other thanamissed abortion? Please i need hope for her. Is it possible her baby is safe. Her dr. Suggested her to wait for three days as there are no symptoms of abortion. Further she is on ivf 5000 cc injextion s one is due on tomorr shud she take it and duphaston shd be taken or not?
