Talk to Gynecologist on Early Pregnancy

Assalamoalaikum

I'm trying to conceive from my marriage in April 2016. Always have regular periods, I conceived naturally 2 times but got periods after 4 to 5 days of my due period date. This time my last menstruation date was 10th may, I was supposed to get my periods on 8th or 9th but no periods. I took home hcg urine test and it showed positive line. Line was not very dark but was very apparent.

But I'm having periods like cramping since last 5 days. Did not come even single drop of blood just cramping in thighs and in lower abdomen just like periods. I'm very worried.
