Salam i m pcos patient. Conceived after fertility treatment. My last period 24 August 2020.Doctor has put me on following meds glucophage 500mg, aspirin, pregnacare original, duphaston,cyclogest supportery and primulout depot inj once a week. I want to ask that all these medicines are ok? I m also worried regarding my drowsiness. I m too sleepy. Is this normal?

Doctor i have one more query that if all the initial symptoms (drowsiness , nausea , mild cramping) subsides after 2,3 days. It So all this is normal? Is it possible that in pregnancy symptoms come for 2/3 days and vanished after that?
