Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Lahore

I had my D&C on 30 March 2020 dye to no heartbeat. alreay have a daughter age that time my cycle was regular. After d&c it become bit irregular and in Oct I had periods on 12 oct to 29 oct (on and off). I had my beta hcg test on 5th November which was positive. My doc After havung pelvis scan, said that it is early pregnancy, as in scan, I am 5w3d but according ro my lmp, it should be 7w approx. I am advises to hace scan again after 2 weeks. This is same situation as my last miscarriage except irregular peeiods. I didn't had any nausea vomit, craving nor did I have now. Is it possible I will have a healthy pregnancy? And ia there any reason for such situation repeatedly, not having growth??? Plz guide. I Often have low BP 80/50

you should at least wait for 2 weeks so your doctor can visualise fetal cardiac activity on scan and tell you in detail.
your periods were irregular so it's quite possible that you are 5weeks 3days preg.
hopefully you have started taking folic acid.

problem is tht no one believes in post procedure/delivery visits etc wch r advised routinely six weeks after-u shud hv attended a pre pregnancy clinic before gtg pregnant again or shud hv asked ur gynaecologist about the future pros and cons at least-textual knowledge advise us nt to probe first miscarriage but my personal preference is tht every baby loss is a psychological physical and economical burden and loss-to prevent it again one shud b v precautious-i m v much sure tht u hvnt probed into ur first mis-hap as well-now tht u r pregnant ur risk of course is there-but tawakul Allah-keep in touch wth ur OBG-in sha Allah ethg ll b fine-bleeding wth alive/viable pregnancy indicates threatened miscarriage to me-now Allah knws the best...
