yes it can be treated completely...but with persistent treatment and tolerance to continue your treatment...things do get better slowly provided u r given required treatment...I hv Al hum du lillah treated many patients who are now mothers...of course chances of conception with PCOD are there but there's high risk of associated miscarriage ...so my concept is to be perfectly healthy enough to enjoy the precious journey of pregnancy...anyhow GOOD LUCK...hopefully my counselling will ease your worries
