Talk to Gynecologist on Early Pregnancy Symptom

Assalamualaikum;

Please guide me from your experience, I've menstrual cycle of 28 days my last LMP date was August 15, 2022, i've un protected IC arround my ovlution day i.e: on sunday 28 and Monday 29, according to my menstrual cycle today is 21th day of my cycle, I'm feeling nausea, fatigue, breast tingling, lower back pain and temperature around 99.2°F. I'm taking folic acid regularly, i didn't take any urine test yet, please guide me are these symptoms of early pregnancy before miss periods? Need your valuable feedback.
