Asking For Self, Female 32, sialkot
hi i m 32 year old multigravida with previous history of precalmpsia, now i conceive again and its my 5th week of pregnancy but i m dealing with high bp 130/80 dr prescribed me ascard 75mg od regularly and aldomet 250mg sos and duphaston 10mg od is it ok to take asprin in early pregnancy does it carries risk to mother or fetus kindly guide me what should i do
yes
instead of aldomat
take labetalol
do fundoscopy
whats your hright weight BMI
also do your liver function renal function tests
1- Use of low dose aspirin throughout pregnancy has shown excellent results in many studies particularly if there is history of miscarriage or eclampsia/preeclampsia! 2- ALDOMET is a good choice to control BP, labetalol can be used if aldomet doesnt respond. 3- Get basic tests: RFTs, Urine for ACR, S/E, S/TSH
