Asalamoalaikum i have treated with methotrexate on 3rd july... with hcg level 497.... i was spotting that time... but after a week i started bleeding like period which was subsidies and i have 3 days light brown spotting but again ihave started red bleeding tomorrow... last week my hcg was 97 i have appointment tomorrow for blood test but i think laboratory will be closed for hajj holiday.... please tell me is it commin or not...? i dont have any pain...

its common with metho go for beta hcg weekly till it becomes negative and also this is good sign that you dont have any pain
