Talk to Gynecologist on Ectopic Pregnancy Or Not

i took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and it came back positive the last date which i got my periods on was 12th may and in between around 23rd may i started bleeding again but very less flow and very less frequently i also have a reoccurring uti since almost two months it goes and comes back. 3 days ago i felt severe pain but it wore off with a pain medicine and didnt come back again i got beta hcg test done yesterday and it came back with a BHCG value of 5710.0 i dont want to keep this pregnancy die to personal reasons what do i do next and is this an ectopic pregnancy or not

go for pelvic ultrasound for confirmation of site of pregnancy and take a proper gynacologist consultation
Have a pelvic ultrasound. After that, the location of the pregnancy will be confirmed
U have to undergo transvaginal scan to know whether is it ectopic or not. And unless there is a medical condition to mother or the fetus is abnormal no termination.

Its not ectopic , get a pelvic ultrasound for fetal viability , start tablet qfolic HR 1 mg once a day , tablet envepe 1 at night for morning sickness, abortion is illegal non islamic and unethical .
