Talk to Gynecologist on Eczema-pregnancy

I'm having this in between my big toe and finger since a few months It was brown spots/blister type at first then the skin peeled off and now it's very itchy and dry. Also have pompholyx eczema on my other feet 2nd last finger since the last 3 months which doesn't heal properly, i applied clobevate for a week which made it slightly better but then it came back again, i also had this before my pregnancy once and clobevate healed it very quick but this time it didn’t and the skin is slightly dark, rough/hard and still itchy. I'm 21 weeks pregnant so not sure if I'm supposed to apply any other ointment for this in this state as i wasn't allowed to apply it in first trimester. Pls advise
