She advise D&C For diagonsis. What we can do for further kindly guide.

if the underlying cause is thick endometrium tht is more than 10mm just before cycles and its simple hyperplasia then mirena can b advised...mirena if successful can prevent from uterus removal...meanwhile u can giv her hormonal+non hormonal treatment for bldg control...

But doctors has advise surgery . Her endometrium size is 2.3 cm. How we use mirena. We are living in Hyderabad sindh. Kindly give us solution if you want her pelvis ultrasound I will send you.
