You must go to govt hospital , get polypectomy and diagnostic DNC done, if hysteroscopy is not available , and send specimen for biopsy.

Plz share age height weight of patient , symptoms , any co morbids ? Dont get misguided by quacks, polyps must be removed n sent for biopsy especially if post menopausal . Get ultrasound with endometrial thickness and doppler too .
