Talk to Gynecologist on Endometriosis

Hi Doctor,

I would like to get a second opinion regarding a bleeding problem I have been experiencing for quite some time.

Even after my menstrual period finishes, I continue to have bleeding or spotting. I have been prescribed medication by several doctors to stop the bleeding. The medication helps temporarily, but after some time the bleeding starts again. I particularly notice bleeding after having intercourse with my husband.

I recently went to the hospital, where a gynecologist performed a scan and ultrasound. I was told that I have endometriosis, some swelling/enlargement of the uterus, and cysts on my ovaries. However, I was not given any treatment for these conditions. I was told that there is no treatment for them.

I would therefore like to seek a second opinion and understand what may be causing the ongoing bleeding and what treatment options are available for my condition.

Could you please review my ultrasound/scan results and advise me on what further tests or treatment I may need?
