I have been diagnosed with endometriosis in 2006 through laparoscopy from Pakistan. I afyer that i remaind in birth control pills on n off. I got again 5cm large cyst ib my left overy. Got married last year and tried for 1 year but no success. Now my doctor advises icsi/ivf without any prior surgery to remove that cyst. Will it be effective or should i go for surgery first then ivf? Any chance of naturally conceiving?

size and nature of cyst needs to be if it is small in size n simple cyst you can go for ivf without surgery as advised by ur doc.
