Talk to Gynecologist on Endometriosis Pain

I am25 year old and unmarried I have endometriosis and endometriotic cyst of size 3.5 I have been on higolix 200 mg for last one year twice a day my periods also stopped from one year I am still on this medicine but now from past few days I am in extricating sharp pain like 1000/10 and pain is like period pain backache vaginal soreness pelvic pain that I am not able to move or sleep I am taking brufen and voren but they also fail at times other medicine like ponstan forte and synflex not working now I am really worried and exhausted if I leave medicine period pain will become more intense and might experience heavy bleeding which I don't think that I will handle it so I don't know what to do I know that I should opt operation but I am experiencing a lot pain that I don't know how to visit Dr clinic I am confused whether to leave medicine and wait for period but I don't know k period kb tk hongay ya surgery k baad period anay doon? And please suggest medicine to control cramps I am really anxious
