Talk to Gynecologist on Endometriosis Patient

Hello! My self afeefa, I'm a endometriosis patient from Karachi unmarried. Endometriosis diagnosis in 2021 which is basically chocolate cyst on my both overies and did my cyst removed from cesarian surgery and then doctor stop my periods for 3 months and after 3 months the cyst came back and doctor did again laparoscopic surgery in 2022 and remove cysts again not my overies and then she stop my periods for 6 months and every month I took zoladex injection on my stomach after 6 months reports come with fibroids and some tissue of endometrium and I took again ultrasound and just a fibroids but after that in every period starting 3 days I got severe pain that shrinks me and give me shivers so bad, got me fever some times and I can't go to work, can't live my life on those days, can't even walk properly, I took medicine, hot pads, heating pads, every organic, homeopathic, allopathic medicine but nothing works on pain and the pain it's like just a death is coming. I know there is no cure of
