Endometriosis Pelvic Pain - Gynecology

Question

She has swear pain during period. She has left overian chocolate cyst, endometriosis and adhesion also. Reports are attached. What is the solution either using medicine or removal of uterus. So please suggest what is best solution in this case. Ultrasound and MRI attached.

1 adenomyosis
2 endometriotic cyst
Treatment include both medical and surgical management depending upon patients condition which requires history and examination
