there's a case in which one 26 year old girl unmarried has endometriosis and endometriotic cyst of size 4.5 cm she is taking higolix 200 mg for one year twice a day and it was recommended because she had severe inflammation in pelvic, somehow this medicine gave her relief that why she continue with medicine now obviously she had complain that she's finding difficulty in walking and stiffness particularly in joints and elbows and she said that sometimes she can't walk however she's taking ostibon ultra and Adacidol with sgindrop d after every 15 daysmight be her because of bone density loss, she is rn unable to get a dexa scan because of her condition so as a Dr I have to be respectful and understand this problem and don't want to rush her to get the test asap, another thing is that whenever she is trying to reduce the medicine and take only one tab she complains that her pain become more intenseful and unbearable so thats why she's unable to stop this medicine also she complains that she has severe period kind of pain and pelvic inflammation which she used to have before taking medicine currently she's using voltral sr in morning and distalgesic at night and despite of that sometimes pain become severe so she had to take other medicine for pain also , this patient's period has been stopped for one year because of higolix she doesn't want surgery rn because after surgery recurrence happened majority times and there's no specialist for it in karachi, she wants alternative medicine which is as effective as higolix for pain and also don't damage her bones further please guide
