Thanks i think you need to have laparoscopic or lapatomy again better to contact your dr who did your operation last time
Reports shows it’s a big cyst that need to be operated. Laparoscopic surgery can be done to remove it. Also your tubes will be assessed during laparoscopic surgery.
12 times 10 if in cm is quite big , u need to do tumour markers and a detailed Usg and if needed Ct scan to see the type of cyst , only can then decide to go for ? Laparotomy

have tumour markers to be on safe side as well BUT IN CASE of Endometrioeis Ca125 comes high actually .Cea ,ca 125 ,hcg better to have .
strick check on weight loss and lathargic as here u haven't mentioned it .
