Talk to Gynecologist on Endoometriosis

need your suggestions, please.

I have been taking Higolix 200 mg for quite some time, but its side effects are now affecting my joints very badly. I am having difficulty even walking. I also haven’t had my periods since I started this medicine. However, for some time now, I have been experiencing excruciating period-like pain. It is very intense and sharp, but I still haven’t had any bleeding because I am continuing the medicine.

I have tried reducing the dose to one tablet a day or stopping it completely, but whenever I do, my pelvic pain becomes so severe that I cannot tolerate it and have to start taking the medicine again. I feel like I have no other option.

I have consulted a few gynecologists, but they only advised me to stop the medicine and said that I would probably experience very severe period pain afterward. They suggested using NSAIDs, but I am already taking painkillers regularly and they are not working for me.

What should I do at this point? Is there any safer alternative treatment that could control my endometriosis pain without causing such severe joint and bone-related side effects? and please I not in a state to go for ultrasound , surgery and all the other test because of the pains so please I want help that ease my current condition first and kindly don't make me feel more anxious by saying it's too dangerous for your bones I know already that's why I am asking to get rid of the medicine also kindly suggest medicine for bone loss density
