Talk to Gynecologist on Enlarged Lymph Nodes

I am breastfeeding my 3 months old, went for breast ultrasound, last month there were enlarged lymph nodes, dr said they are common during breastfeeding, now i went for scan after one month, still enlarge lymph nodes with almost previous measurement, while having peripheral vasculaity in right breast, my baby prefer right breast for milk mostly, kindly check my scan is there anything to worry about?
