I am pregnant with twins. Doctor has advised me to take ensure powder to increase fetal weight so they may survive in case of early delivery. How many maximum scoops I can safely take per day?

In twin pregnancy,u have to take double as compared to singleton. So eat more but in frequent meals. Pait bhar k ni khana.. Eat raw vegetables.
