Erection Problem/ Low Lobido

Question

Married for a month. Can\'t maintain erection for long. During foreplay he erection kam ho jati ya premature ejaculation ho jati. Main issue erection jaldi khatam ho jati ya soft ho jati k intercourse nahi ho pata. Serum Testosterone test was done which seems in normal range. 

Please suggest what other tests should be done to know the reason for low libido/erection problems?
