Talk to Gynecologist on Excess White Discharge

Age: 21, Unmarried , height: 5 ft, weight: 54 kg (down from 65 kg due to thyroid & ovarian cysts). Ovarian cysts (large size) were diagnosed in both ovaries in 2022. Left ovary removed in Feb 2023 due to twisting, periods have been regular since. Hypothyroidism diagnosed during surgery, currently on medication (TSH levels in range).

Severe acidity and cough diagnosed in Nov 2023, leading to urine leakage, now under control but occasional acidity. Since Nov 2023, experiencing excessive white discharge (more than before). Heavy discharge requiring continuous pad use. Discharge is watery, no smell, no itching, and no burning. Sometimes clumpy and stringy, mostly watery. In Sept 2023, ovarian cyst reappeared, treated with medication and resolved. Despite multiple checkups and medications, the discharge persists. Occasional constipation, frequent sneezing, flu, and running nose. Discharge persists for 14 months, causing discomfort and regular cloth pad use.
