Excessive Bleeding & Blood Clot In Pregnancy

Question

My wife is 17 weeks pregnant. From past 1 month, she\'s bleeding.
On last checkup yesterday, doctor told us that there is a blood clot &amp; her HB level also dropped due to continuos bleeding.
She has been prescribed with alot of medicines including 5 drips of monofer, each every alternated day.
My question is about the prescription? Is it right? 
Also, it would be great if a doctor can give a second opinion on this.

She has a history of Myomectomy 2 years earlier.

acc to scan baby is alive but this much bleed is hazardous hb level is dec need detail hx n examination to find cause of bleeding
