Excessive Vaginal Bleeding After 7 Days Of Period

Question

Assalamualikum. I am suffering from PCOS and I got my last period on May 17. Now in July I got my period started on 29 July and its 16 Aug today I still have moderate vaginal bleeding. Please help what is that so? How do I stop it? Or is there anything serious?
