I normally have 27 to 28th day cycle. Trying to conceive 1st time. Had ivf150 injections at day 5,7 & 9. At day 12 my follicle was 17.5mm. Meet up husband at day 10, 13, 16 & 20. From day 14 I lost my energy sometime feels so tired & from day 19 watery discharge feel like periods but no period yet. Sometime belly cramps. I was not like that previously. Was active. Is it due to injection side effects or any chance of conceiving what should do.

- Dear u got injections those were hormonal to increase chances of Pregnancy so those can give u effects as well .
-u avoid constipation ,urine infection and have Blood Pregnancy test Serum beta HCG after 3 days if does not get Periods.
- one sided lower abdominal is not good in that case u need to see gynae emergency.
- continue to have folic acid .

You had quite high dose of Inj and they may cause side effects . Just wait and pray that it turns out fritful . If 3 to 4 days are passed beyond the date , get your Beeta HCG done. All the best .

Ameen. Jazak Allah. High dose with letrozole 2 times a day have such side effects? My doctor recomended it.

Didn't she started with Litrazole ? Inj are usually added after oral tablets .

get ur s. bhcg test done .after that can give u more info .. with that take healtjy diet n rest .

Thanks you and Marham for providing medical help. May Allah bless you. Ameen .I am taking omega 3 multivitamins and minerals too for the last 11 days. belly cramping is not much common, light but exists in full belly. My lower legs are also aching since yesterday.
