AoA. Please doctors ye report dekhein aur btayen koi ziada khatray ki baat tou nahi hai? Ye Meri sister ki hai Jo out of country hai and kyunke checkups boht expensive hoty hain isliye expert opinion chaiye. We have two main questions: 1. precautionary measures Kia hongay? 2. delivery aur baby main khuda na khuasta koi problem tou nahi hogi na?
Background: her due date is in Nov InshaAllah, my sis is a working woman, not at all obese, none of her immediate family has diabetes, and it's her first pregnancy MashaAllah.
Please recommend best management plan . JazakAllah!!

She has got gestational diabetes... Ask her to visit gynaecologist for better out come and follow dibetic diet
she needs to control hr bld sugar levels with regular sugar monitoring with diet n excercise n if she z taking any treatment discuss it with her dr along with sugar monitoring chart she needs regular dr visits with growth scans
Her GTT test is showing increase levels of glucose, get her scan done. Have to seek help from diabetologist .He or she will give you diet plans and regular monitoring of glucose levels and investigations. So by the end baby is ok and is delivered. Mode of delivery will be decided in last month .
