Talk to Gynecologist on Extreme Bleeding With Clots

Assalamualaikum Ladies pls help me urgent. I have a bit irregular period since a year, current month, i. Didn't get my period, and from a week i was having just spotting, from today's morning, i started bleeding heavily and passing large blood clots as well. Blood is bright red in color. I took strip test as well last week but it was negative. I always have had regular cycle and normal flow. Who should i visit now at this time? I am very worried why this is happening.
