I want to start taking contraceptive measures for birth control. my period cycle is regular of 28-30 days, without any spotting issue during the cycle and i haven't taken any measure before. i preferably want to go with Birth Control Pills, but need consultation for the best available pills and the best method ie when to start/stop taking the pills in a way that my cycle isn't affected too
