AoA, I a week 9th month is going to start. Is it okay if I fast. I usually have problems of heart burn, and vomit. Plus I feel very low, and energy less, stomach issues boht hy. Blood report is not that bad. Just one or two point less

Yes you can,try to take curd, fruits dates vegetables and fresh juices,dont take oily and spicy food
