Swelling is common in pregnancy specially during summers but u need to have regular check ups with checking of ur blood pressure and checking for protein in the urine. Sometimes swelling can be a symptoms of pre eclampsia which is a serious condition. Any headache, indigestion, swelling in ur fingers , flashing lights, report to hospital ASAP.
