Talk to Gynecologist on Felt Fetal Movement At 17th Week But Not Feeling Now At 19th Week

Salam respected doctors, My query is, I am 19 weeks pregnant. its my second pregnancy. I felt baby movement at 17th week for 3 4 days but after that I didnt feel anything and its my 19th week now. Shoyld I be concerned? I am not sure if its normal as uts early pregnancy or should I get doppler. Waiting for reply. Thanks.
