Talk to Gynecologist on Female Problem

I am suffering from pcos from last 4 years i have a baby girl who is five years old conceived naturally and delivered through normal delivery. When i tried for baby 2 came to know that i have pcos took so many treatments like letrozole, inositol, dhea and other vitamins but no success. My cycle is irregular like 50 days and some time after 2 months..i had my last periods on 23 june and ended in 4 days...i always have strong PMS symptoms like breasts soreness before periods but it goes away when periods start. This time it really different my periods are ended on 26 june but my nipples are still sore to the extent that i cannot touch them i feel hurt when i sleep even i can't wear my lingeries although it is 11th day of my cycle...plz help and guide me.
