Asking For Self, Female, 39 Years old, Islamabad
Aslamulaikum. I’m 39 years of age and have 2 boys alhamdulilah. My youngest is 10 years old. Me and my husband have not been using any contraceptive for 4 years or so. I wasn’t very concerned before as I thought it if it happens then it happens but now it has become concerning as I really want another baby and if Allah wills a daughter. So I went to gynocologist few months ago and found out that I wasn’t ovulating. She gave me injections I still didn’t ovulate properly and the follicle was still there and a cyst had developed and then she gave me neurotheristerone tabs for 21 days then now after my periods finished I had hsg done and it was such a painful experience. One of my fallopian tube is blocked and other one is not very healthy and also have irregular mucosal lining in uterus and I am preparing for IUI. I’m very upset now asi never thought I would have these complications. My gynocologist said a laparoscopy would be needed but I don’t want to have that done and I’m gonna leave

go for serum AMH level first
if tubes not ok go for ivf
any test other than this? any med suggested?
Kindly do Laparoscopy and Dye test... for tubal patency and proper diagnosis.....
than proceed further....

but your right fallopian tube is not fully block
this condition of yours is treatable...share all your reports also
