Talk to Gynecologist on Fetal Heartbeat

My LMP was 23january. yesterday my TVS shows I'm 5weeks and 5 days. No proper fetal heartbeat seen very faint. Doctor call me after 1 week. My HCG is increased in good amount. Guide me please is everything ok. At this time faint heartbeat is ok or not? History of miscarriage in September 2018 at 6weeks but at that time my HCG was only 218. Kindly guide me I'm depressed. Doctor gave me aspirin and duphoston she said its ok to have no heartbeat at 5+5week
nothing to worry about if HCG is okay!!
I personally think Aspirin and duphastan is not needed. if anything to b given. it would an beta HCG shot. that comes by the name IVF-C. but that's not need either IF you HCG is good.

Your doctor is right. It’s normal not to have perfect heart beat at 6 weeks. Please repeat your scan after a week.

Thanku dr. My hcg is 13605. My doctor gave my duphoston on my history of miscarriage at week 6 but at that time my hcg was only 219. I don't know whether my insurance will cover that ivf-c injection or not so by this 13605 level of hcg i really need that injection?
