doctors its my 33 week and my today's scan shows left fetal kidney fullness its mean? please guide about its treatment ? and what should we do in this stage ?

Don’t worry some time it could be like this , repeat ultrasound after two weeks and tell them to measure the kidney dimensions and also to check for ureteric dilatation, better get a scan from good radiologist. As long as your baby is not developing excessive dilatation of kidney the delivery should be on time, mean no need to plan preterm delivery, baby will need a renal scan after delivery to diagnose the cause of dilatation usually these are minor causes which are easily treatable please discuss further if you have any queries

Fetal kidney urinary bladder and ureters (KUB) scan ,you should not be delivering before 38 weeks , well if it is natural labour then no problem.
